What we do

Our bargaining team works together with administration and CFT leadership to reach an agreement on the a contract that governs our working conditions.

Between contracts we collaborate with administration in a joint Labor Management Committee (LMC) to resolve pressing issues too complex to discuss in bargaining. This year, we’re discussing how to address special compensation in future CBAs.

Side Letters

In addition to our CBA, our union can negotiate “side letters” with the administration which are additions to the CBA that can take place between bargaining. In 2023-2024 our union negotiated two side letters:
